Arran Wool From Glasto

 Well the title says it all really! This outfit is pretty basic but easy to chuck on when the weather outside is miserable and uninspiring. I found this gorgeous chunky cable knit jumper for a bargainous £20 on a stall my friend was working on at Glastonbury. I snapped it up because I would much rather spend £20 than say £70 in Topshop and it kind of sounds cooler buying it from a festival. Totally.

Granted it would be a bit short on me as a dress so I just used my trusty black bodycon skirt from H&M.

I haven't taken off my Alexa baby since I got it and it handily goes with everything!

Autumn Knit

 So, I think this was the first outfit I wore the day after I got back from holiday in Turkey. Depressing? Yes. Just one day before I had been basking in roughly 40 degree heat, I get back to England and we had to step onto the runway tarmac (yes, that's right not even a connecty tube thing to the plane) in the pissing rain. My poor, brown, hopeful, sandal clad feet were soaked. What really topped this off was the fact that it was 6.30am.

So to tackle this reality head on we opted for a McDonalds breakfast and then home for a 4 hour snooze.

I've gotten away from the point! I actually love Autumn fashion, it's probably my favourite season (for fashion that is). I think it's the romantic idea of Autumn with it's red and gold leaves and crisp mornings, when in reality it's grey skies, wind and trying to keep your umbrella from stabbing into your eye.

Wow, I'm on a weather-hating-rant today!

What cheers me up about this outfit is my Alexa bag and super chunky knit cardigan which was a gift from my Mum because 'in Turkey it never really gets cold enough'. Well it does in England! In September no less.

Vintage Look

So it was August when I wore this which says a lot about British Summer time but I saw the jumper in Primark in the Autumn collection and loved it. I like to wear things as soon as I get them so to Summer it up a bit I wore it with the floral dress and leggings.

The look was feeling quite 'land girl' so I decided to go all out with the victory rolls and red lipstick. To make it a little more modern I wore some kooky accessories.
